| For 1600cc to 2054cc engine combos you will use our 1600T 911 kit . The 1600T 911 kit comes with 1 3/8" 16 gauge all ceramic coated USA made thick header with nice 3/8" laser cut flanges. Has a true 4-into-1 collector that also has the correct pipe layout 1, 4, 3, 2 to match vw firring order. This gives you faster spool up and a great sound. We make a center "T" pipe that has 1 3/8" center ID to help with air speed. The exhaust exit pipe coming off the turbo is 2 1/4" size and tucks under the left side. You pick the color of ceramic you want. Pick form Black Satin ceramic or Polished ceramic. All 1600T kits now come standard with USA made Turbonetics T3 turbo's. This turbo is good up to 250hp use. All Turbonetics turbos come with a 1 year warranty! Each system includes a 38mm USA made Turbonetics Evolution Wastegate. Good for up to 400hp use For the 1600T kits we use a custom built Holley TP350 carb with our Turbo-Adjust-A-Jet installed. "Yes" with our Turbo-Adjust-A-Jet, there is no jets to change at all, just turn one screw to make any jet changes. This carb is good for up to 225hp use. We preset each carb to start out of the box for you. The carb comes with a boosted enrichment system. The carb system includes a hand made tig welded aluminum intake manifold, 6" round high flow washable air cleaner with chrome top and a AN - 6 inlet fuel fitting. This type of setup will add the extra fuel once up on boost. Because of our carbs you can drive like a normal VW and get good MPG but still feed all the fuel to make big power when needed. You really can have your cake and eat it too! This is a complete turbo system and includes: All the silicone boots, USA made stainless steel "T" clamps, boost line and fittings, stainless steel oil feed line fittings, oil drain line and fittings, all the nuts & bolts and even the correct throttle cable is included in this kit! | This kit was built on a 2110cc combo for street daily driver. Built with heater boxes, T3 turbo and a 350 carb. Notice the muffler comes out the center so when the deck is closed looks like a standard single quite pack muffler. Has an electric 3" cut-out on left! This way you have a nice and quite driver when you need it or flip a switch and open it up for a beast hot rod sound when you must have it! |
