• Each kit is preinstaled on our mock-up motors twice. We perform this task the first time to check that all the flanges lineup and to add any custom changes you may need like crank case E-Vac, O-2 sensor bung or add a muffler. After all parts recive Polished Ceramic Coating, we now mock up the entire kit. This time we hook up all the oil, fuel, boost and drain lines. The whole kit is completely assembled and then shipped this way! YES when you pull your kit out of the box it is assembled. All you will have to do is mount the header, drop in the dizzy, set the turbo on the header and hook up the other ends of the lines, some small things and thats it! 1x True 4 into1 merged collected turbo header, made from 16 gauge steel. ( not 18 or even cheap 20 gauge like others ) •All headers are 100% Polished Chromex Ceramic or Black Velvet Ceramic Coating. •Each header comes with laser cut 3/8" thick flanges at all ends. •All LowBugget turbo headers are made in the USA. • This header will alow you to still remove your fan belt without removing the header unlike others!. •You can still run heater boxes and stock heater duct shrouds. •The 1600T header pipes are 1 3/8", 2000TS is 1 1/2" •Fits under the deck lid!!! • "J" pipes to match the header. Made from 16 gauge steel, Polished Ceramic Coating. 1x Ceramic Coated "Up Pipe" Connects the header -to the turbo exhaust housing. • 3/8" thick flanges. 1x exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe is different with each kit. Bus, Ghia, and 912 kit have the same style that exits out the right side (1 and 2 side) of your motor. The Bug kits exhaust exits out the left side just under the aprin.. • The size of each exhaust pipe will range from 2 1/2" for most T3 combos to 3" for the large T3/T4 combos. •All exhaust piping is Ceramic Coated. •We can add to your exhaust a O2 sensor bung, •We can add Crank Case E-Vack to vent the case of the extra pressure from the turbo. •1x Ceramic Coated "Y" pipe that conects your stock end castings to the turbo. •If you do not have End Castings we can them to your order. •We can polish the end castings for you. •1x Turbo Prep Carbs. •Did you know that Lowbugget is the only VW turbo shop to set up Holley's for daily drivers that are turbo charged! For all the boots we use Real USA MADE Turbo "T"-Clamps • For the Oil drain we use a high temp 300psi USA MADE Parker® oil line.This is not your std oil line sold at any auto parts store. We could use some cheap line but i want your kit to last for years not months! • Various size boost lines to conect the wastegate, carb, boost controller, and turbo. • We leave you a boost gauge port "open" for you to run a boost line to your dash for your gauge. • Fuel pump block-off . This is the return oil line or drain from the turbo on most of the kits. •High temp silicone boots to connect the turbo to the intake housing, "Y"-pipe and your end castings. •New locked-out ProBillet distributor for use with turbo combos only.
