The two cases on the ends are new and the other are used. Each case gets taped for full flow and we tape the main oil gally to make it easer to clean. The one on the left side is sand sealed to help keep it clean for turbo boost/blowby. Yes we do rebuild used motors if you like. Just give us a call. I dont like to as they tend to take longer than a new motor but we will work with you!.
