All orders placed and shipped with in the state of California will see a state sales tax charge.

Shipping is extra!
We use US Priority Mail on 90% of all orders. This is the lowest price shipping for most orders.
We also use UPS on some orders. If you would like to only us UPS or USPS just let us know!

On custom orders like turbo kits, motors, cylinder heads or parts that are custom made for
YOU, we may need a deposit of 1/2 of total price to start your order.
Returned and/or Cancel of an order or part.
If return is necessary
YOU MUST RECEIVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM LOWBUGGET.COM
FIRST. Merchandise being returned MUST BE FREIGHT PREPAID and
MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE INVOICE FROM PURCHASE.
We are not responsible for shipping expence at all on any returned merchandise.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned orders.
A 20% cancel fee will be charged on all canceled custom orders.
