"O-Ring" oil pumps.
The LowBugget oil pumps have a "O-Ring" seal.
This seal is on the back side of the pump to seal up against air leaks.
Yes under high RPMs or with a used case and with the new aluminum case it easier for your pump to suck air between the case and the pump than to lift and suck the oil from the pick up tube. This is a big problem with aluminum case's, do to thereheat expansion.
The "O-Ring" seals up against the case for a snug seal.
We take each pump and surfaced the top flat
and set at the correct .004" pump to cover clearance.
Yes when you order a pump from some other shop they don't even take them
out of the box to look at!

Our "Dual O-Ring" Pro Pump has 30mm gears with top cover set at .004" clearance and two "O-Rings".
One seal is on the back for the oil pick-up like normal, and a extra "O-Ring" seal is added to the top to seal up against the pump cover. Yes you will not use the gasket on the cover. So you have a "O-Ring" on the back so the pump can not suck air in and a "O-Ring on the cover so it will not leak out the pump cover!
All "Dual-O-Ring" Pro-Pumps come plugged for full flow and include aluminum cover that is dawdled to center the cover and suport the gears.

You can not install a "O" Ring pump after the motor is assembled. The two case hafts must be placed around the pumps "O" Ring seal. If you try to install the pump you will damage the "O-Ring".
