If your running a programmable ignition with a massive amount of advance or
retard programed in to it then this little rotor allows huge sweeps of timing
changes and Keeps the rotor tip and cap aliened.
This is critical for maximum spark transfer.
During large changes in advance and retard settings the cap and rotor can no
