Racing Heads Specs
All my work is guaranteed to give you "More Head For Your Buck" No Fluff & Buff's Here.
* Include Racing 3/5 angle valve job. 90, 70, 60,45,30 and 15 degrees. The 70 and 60 are hand blended into the ports.
* The intake valves receive a extra 30 degrees of back cut to increase flow.
* The chambers are reshaped for hi-squish. You will need to run less deck with my heads. This will make your motor burn more efficient.
* Only the best shouldered silicone bronze Racing guides are used.
* Special K800 springs, Manley retainers and keeper combos for your set-up.
* The highest quality yet still light weight Ti or stainless steel valves are used from Manley, Delwest, Ivam etc.
* Two sets of gaskets are perfectly matched to the ports,
* Each of the barrels surfaces is laped-in and checked for flatness.
* The chambers edge and spark plug hole is deburred. This is to insure that detonation
can not occur.
* Type 4 style exhaust ports. 1 1/2",1 5/8" or 1 7/8" ID .
* Cc's figures of all 4 chambers are FREE!!
* Your motors compression figures are calculated for FREE!!
* The compression chasing is FREE!! (this means that you tell me the total deck and compression you want to run and I
will fly cut the heads to the desired cc and reach that compression for you)
* Each spring is shimmed according to your cam & rocker specs.
* I will match and work the manifolds all the way up.
