The HYFIRE-IVc Electronic Ignition Control With Proportional Rev Limiter is everything the HYFIRE-IVa Electronic Ignition Control Part #650-697 is and includes a programmable engine protection RPM limiter and a programmable staging control RPM limiter. The RPM limiters are programmable from 1,000 to 12,000 RPM in increments of 100 RPM. There is no need for special chips to set the RPM limiter. The HYFIRE-IVc Ignition System may be triggered from Mallory Electronic Ignition Distributor (all models), original equipment electronic ignition amplifier, magnetic pickup distributor or crank trigger. Not recommended for point ignition systems.
